求められる経験
■ Required Skills & Experience (Must)
・Production code development experience (approx. 3+ years, any language): Experience across the full lifecycle of design, implementation, testing, and operations.
・Practical implementation experience with Python: Skills in implementing agent infrastructure and data processing.
・Development experience using LLMs/Generative AI.
・Ability to ensure software quality: Practical experience in automated testing, regression testing, debugging, and incident response.
・Foundational knowledge of data analysis: Understanding of SQL/dataframe operations, statistics, and predictive analysis.
・Prototyping capability: Experience building prototypes from ambiguous requirements and evolving them into final products.

■ Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice to have)
・Knowledge of Agent frameworks and LLMOps
・Experience designing evaluation infrastructure: LLM-as-a-Judge, regression evaluation, and defining quality metrics.
・Implementation experience with RAG and search infrastructure: Building search and retrieval logic using Vector DBs.
・Experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software development.
